prelude on "Abide With Me" that eschews sentimentality and
casts this old warhorse of a hymn in a more positive light. It's a

in length, beginning quietly with a lush harmonic texture, but moving
into a brisk toccata-like movement. A quieter movement separates this
from the final virtuosic finale, also reflecting the French toccata
